Beast Resistance Bands 5-Year “Lifetime” Limited Warranty Policy

Our “Lifetime” Warranty refers to the expected 5-year lifespan of the product under normal use and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the scope of this warranty, what is covered, and how to make a claim.

  1. Scope of Coverage
  • This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the product’s 5-year lifetime (from the date of purchase).
  • If, under normal use and proper care, the product is found to be defective within this 5-year period, Beast Resistance Bands will replace the product at no cost for the replacement unit itself.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  1. Warranty Registration
  • Registration Required: To validate your coverage under this warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase.
  • How to Register: Visit our warranty claim page or contact our customer service at shop@beastresistancebands.com to complete the product registration form.
  • Failure to register within the specified time may result in the denial of warranty claims.
  1. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, fading).
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, improper care, or accidents.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Beast Resistance Bands.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  1. Shipping & Handling Fees: Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with sending the damaged product to Beast Resistance Bands, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
  2. Claim Submission: A warranty claim form must be completed and submitted to Beast Resistance Bands. Along with the form, please include clear images of the damaged product to help us assess the nature and extent of the defect.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) to confirm the warranty period.
  4. Warranty Registration: Ensure that you have registered your product online or through our customer service within 30 days of purchase. Register Here.
  1. How to File a Claim
    1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form: Visit our warranty claim form page or contact our customer service at shop@beastresistancebands.com to request the warranty claim form.
    2. Complete the Form: Provide all necessary information, including product details and a description of the damage or defect.
    3. Attach Photographs: Include clear images of the damaged or defective area(s) for evaluation.
    4. Await Confirmation: Our warranty team will review your claim. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the damaged product and complete payment for any shipping and handling fees required for the replacement product.
  1. Replacement Process
  • Once your claim is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the damaged product back to Beast Resistance Bands.
  • After the damaged product is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you. You will be notified in advance of any shipping and handling fees required.
  • If the exact model is no longer available, we will replace it with a product of equivalent or superior features and value.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this Limited Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Resistance Bands shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. This includes damage to or loss of property, personal injury, or economic losses.

  1. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

  1. Amendments

Beast Resistance Bands reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not apply retroactively to products already covered under the existing warranty terms.
